How to Obtain our Products
Availability in Australia
- Rolling stock kits, Bogies, Etched Brass Detail Kits, Paints, Wheelsets and some Miscellaneous Parts are available from specialist Hobby Shops around Australia.
- Locomotive kits, DERM kits and 'Black Beetle' Drive Bogies are usually only available direct from Steam Era Models, by mail order at the address shown below.
- Some kit parts and other miscellaneous bits and pieces are only intermittently available and can only be obtained from the SEM exhibition stand at the AMRA Melbourne exhibition each March, or by direct mail order from SEM. Since they are not always available, please check before ordering.
Availability outside Australia
- A range of 'Black Beetle' Drive Bogies and wheelsets applicable to 4mm scale models is available from Andy Mullins at Branchlines in the UK, at exhibitions and by mail order.
- The full range of products are available by mail order from Steam Era Models.
- GST is not applicable to export sales. Delivery by airmail is charged at cost.
Mail Order
Orders can be placed by letter, phone, fax or e-mail to the address below. Office hours are 9am - 8pm AEST. Personal callers by appointment only.
Cost is list price, plus postage at cost. Within Australia, postage is free if order is over $A100.00. Orders are usually despatched by ordinary parcel post, unless requested otherwise.
We can accept payment by the
following methods :-
Australian and overseas credit
cards - Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard only. Cards will be debited in $A.
Personal cheque – Australian banks
only. (Goods will be despatched
after cheque clears).
International Bank draft in
Australian Dollars only.
